Your satisfaction is our primary concern and will do
our best to satisfy every one of our clients to the best
of our ability. We trust that our customers will be honest
and forthcoming with any problems that may occur. Due
to the nature of the work that is custom made for you,
we do not offer refunds. We will attempt to resolve all
customer concerns. We do our best to check our products
before shipping. We do not refund for damages caused
by the customer.
Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order
and report any damage to the carrier within 24-48 hours.
Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with
the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging
must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier,
inspect the damage and file your claim. All shipments
are insured.

information you share with us will never be shared with
any other company. The information we collect is
necessary in order for us to offer you special savings
and discounts, newsletter information, and previews of
new arrivals.

Orders placed from our website are completely
secure. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard
128-bit SSL encryption. SSL technology encrypts (scrambles)
all personal data including your credit card information
to ensure your information remains private and safe.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are calculated by address and can be
determined on the checkout page.
Our normal shipping method is standard UPS ground service
within the United States. Packages are shipped from California.
(Please be sure to provide a street address because UPS
will not deliver to a post office box.) If
package is left at the door, it will be the customer’s
sole responsibility to ensure receipt. By The Letters
assumes no liability for packages left at the door.
Please note, time in transit is in ADDITION to the processing
time. Processing time is the time when you submit your
order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Shipping
time is the time when the item leaves the warehouse to
when the item arrives at your door.
Once your order is shipped, it generally takes 1 - 5
business days in transit via UPS ground. Orders are shipped
from California to all 50 United States. Additional shipping
charges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico.
Once the item has shipped, you will receive an e-mail
with confirmation of shipment and tracking number. This
way you may track the status of your order.
